Better Business Bureau

It’s good to Google your business every now and again.  I just found out Roshini Multi Media has an “A” rating with the Better Business Bureau.  http://minnesota.bbb.org/

As I approach the four-year anniversary of the company, that’s a good feeling.  Your online presence exists whether you realize it or not.  I can’t believe what the search engine has archived and how far back in time the entries go.  Good to remember as you realize prospective clients are always checking you out.

Web spotlight: Branding Matters

Got an invite to hear brand guru David Brier speak last night.  He made some great points about showcasing your brand.  A huge take away for me dealt with differentiating between brand content and channels of communication.

He also suggests you “Surpass Expectation.”  His point can go hand in hand with my Less is More teaching if you focus on the “right” details and run with them.  Be a brand and NOT a commodity.  Check out David’s Web site:
